The PINC program will help you maximise recovery, regain physical and emotional strength and also to improve body confidence and control.
“On a personal level, in 2017, I played hockey with a breast cancer survivor. Her resilience and determination to return to sport was inspirational. This experience allowed me to recognise the benefits of staying active during and after cancer treatment and led me to find PINC and STEEL International. By completing the PINC Certification Course I gained a strong medical understanding of cancer pathophysiology, the various forms of cancer treatment, treatment side effects including fatigue, nausea, altered peripheral sensation, as well as the medical journey that people with cancer go through. I am passionate about helping people affected by cancer to function at the highest possible level through their journey, return to physical activity and the sport they love.” Tracey
